Personalised care for body, mind, heart, and soul.

Individually tailored health programmes for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

We live in challenging times. Environmental pollutants and social stressors seem to define the current age, and many people struggle with chronic or complex health issues which incorporate myriad physical, mental, emotional and social factors.

According to the World Health Organization, roughly half of all chronic health issues can be mitigated by existing evidence-based strategies; including dietary modifications, physical activity, avoidance of chemical toxins, and reductions in daily stress.

Unpacking all of this can be difficult, and unfortunately nutrition and lifestyle education have become controversial and challenging subjects. Modern society is flooded with inconsistent and conflicting information, leading to confusion, anxiety (fear of certain foods, fear of eating), or apathy toward the diet and lifestyle.

Embodiment Health services educate and empower, helping you safely navigate the available information, become proactive in the healing process, motivated to make change, and better able to achieve your health goals.

The Embodiment Method

Embodiment involves being with, and working with, all of our sensations, emotions and experiences. Scientific research and evidence-based practices underpin this integrated, client-centred health programme; focussed on dietary modifications, therapeutic yoga, and stress reduction.

For people dealing with chronic, persistent or recurring health issues, we help to identify and address key stressors, and tailor a health-promoting lifestyle plan unique to their own specific needs.

Nutrition is a pillar of good health. The body requires nutrients to function, which are found in the foods and liquids we consume. However, the composition and quality can vary significantly. There is no single diet that meets the needs of every person, and each of us have different tastes, preferences and needs. Embodiment Health services offer guidance and support, helping to maximise both nutritional health and a love of food, whilst addressing imbalances and supporting the highest expression of health and wellbeing.
